Intro to Pilates
New to Pilates? Start here.
Designed specifically for beginners, Intro to Pilates is a welcoming, slower-paced class that teaches the foundational principles of mat Pilates.
Whether you're brand new to exercise or simply new to Pilates, this class is the perfect place to develop a strong foundation before progressing into our other Pilates offerings. No experience is necessary, just come as you are.
Signature Sculpt
Bloomfield's favorite Sculpt Class. This 50-minute, high-intensity class, uses controlled movements to build core strength, stability, and alignment.
Expect a challenging Pilates flow that builds heat in the core, glutes, and upper body through intentional, continuous movement.
Flow & Form
Rooted in Classical Pilates, this slower-paced mat Pilates class focuses on alignment, control, and foundational movement.
Designed for beginners or anyone who prefers a slower, more intentional pace, this class helps you build confidence in Pilates while still feeling the work in your entire body.
POP Pilates
In this 45-minute POP Pilates® class, you'll experience a mix of modern, upbeat, and classical Pilates exercises all set to a heart-pumping playlist.
Each song track has a different focus, including Total Body Opener, Hundreds, Crazy Cardio, Ab Challenge, Back Work, Flexibility, and so much more! We mean it when we say no muscle is left untouched.
Designed as an equipment-free class with a range of movement modifications, POP Pilates® is for everybody.
