Luxe Core is a 60-minute mat Pilates class designed to sculpt your abs, strengthen your core, and improve posture and stability.

Using mats and small Pilates equipment like resistance bands and small balls, each session targets your deep abdominal muscles, glutes, and back for a strong, toned, and functional core.

With small, supportive class sizes, you’ll leave feeling powerful, confident, and ready to take on anything.
