Intro to Pilates

New to Pilates? Start here.

Designed specifically for beginners, Intro to Pilates is a welcoming, slower-paced class that teaches the foundational principles of mat Pilates.

Whether you're brand new to exercise or simply new to Pilates, this class is the perfect place to develop a strong foundation before progressing into our other Pilates offerings. No experience is necessary, just come as you are.

Signature Sculpt

Bloomfield's favorite Sculpt Class. This 50-minute, high-intensity class, uses controlled movements to build core strength, stability, and alignment.

Expect a challenging Pilates flow that builds heat in the core, glutes, and upper body through intentional, continuous movement.

Flow & Form

Rooted in Classical Pilates, this slower-paced mat Pilates class focuses on alignment, control, and foundational movement.

Designed for beginners or anyone who prefers a slower, more intentional pace, this class helps you build confidence in Pilates while still feeling the work in your entire body.

POP Pilates

In this 45-minute POP Pilates® class, you'll experience a mix of modern, upbeat, and classical Pilates exercises all set to a heart-pumping playlist.

Each song track has a different focus, including Total Body Opener, Hundreds, Crazy Cardio, Ab Challenge, Back Work, Flexibility, and so much more! We mean it when we say no muscle is left untouched.

Designed as an equipment-free class with a range of movement modifications, POP Pilates® is for everybody.

Strength

Whether you're focused on building your glutes, sculpting your entire body, or strengthening your back and upper body, our strength classes are designed to help you feel strong, capable, and confident. From targeted muscle-building workouts to full-body strength sessions, each class combines intentional programming, expert coaching, and a supportive community to challenge you at your level and deliver real results.

Booty Builder

A lower-body focused strength class designed to build stronger glutes, legs, and hips through intentional resistance training. Expect a mix of compound and isolation exercises, progressive programming, and plenty of time under tension to help you build strength, improve stability, and feel the burn.

Back & Bougie

An upper-body focused strength class centered on building a stronger back, shoulders, arms, and core. Through intentional resistance training and functional movement patterns, you'll improve posture, increase upper-body strength, and build confidence both inside and outside the studio.

Total Tone

A full-body strength training class that combines upper body, lower body, cardio and core exercises for a balanced workout. Designed to improve overall strength, endurance, and muscle definition, this class will leave you feeling challenged, accomplished, and stronger from head to toe.

Yoga

Whether you're looking for an energizing Power Vinyasa flow or a slower, more restorative practice, our yoga classes offer something for every pace and experience level. Each class is designed to improve flexibility, mobility, balance, and body awareness while helping you move with intention and leave feeling better than when you arrived.

Power Flow

Rooted in Power Vinyasa, this active yoga class links breath with continuous movement through a series of flowing postures. You'll move at a steady pace while improving flexibility, balance, mobility, and body awareness, with just enough movement to work up a light sweat. Suitable for all levels, with modifications offered throughout class.

Gentle Flow

Rooted in Slow Flow Vinyasa, this gentle yoga class links breath with intentional movement through a series of flowing postures. Move at a relaxed pace while improving flexibility, mobility, balance, and body awareness, with time to settle into each pose and release built-up tension. Suitable for all levels, with modifications offered throughout class.
