Memberships & Access
Why should I join the waitlist?
Joining the waitlist ensures you’re first in line when new class memberships become available. Su’Luxe Wellness was created for people who want to feel seen, comfortable, and supported, not lost in a packed class. The waitlist allows us to protect that experience by keeping class sizes small and intentional from day one.
Why are memberships released in limited waves?
We intentionally limit the number of class memberships available at any given time so classes never feel overcrowded. By releasing memberships in small waves, we’re able to maintain the calm, personal environment Su’Luxe Wellness is known for; where every client has space to move, breathe, and be supported.
How does the waitlist work?
The waitlist holds your place for the next membership release. As class attendance stabilizes, we invite members in small groups rather than opening enrollment all at once. This allows new members to integrate smoothly without impacting the experience inside the studio.
How many memberships are released at a time?
Memberships are released in small waves, typically 5–10 at a time. This allows us to grow intentionally while maintaining the Su’Luxe standard.
How will I know when memberships open?
When memberships become available, invitations are sent directly to those on the waitlist via email and/or text. Spots are first come. first serve, making the waitlist the best way to stay informed.
Can I cancel my membership?
All memberships begin with a fixed-term commitment. Once the initial term is completed, members may transition to month-to-month billing.
During the initial term:
Early cancellation is permitted with a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining unpaid balance, due at the time of cancellation.
Month-to-month memberships:
May be canceled at any time.
All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle and can be completed via email, written form, the app, or the website.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Memberships may be paused for $30 per month, for up to one month at a time, once every three months.
For medical reasons, pause periods may be extended beyond one month with a doctor’s note. Any time paused is added to the end of your membership term, ensuring you don’t lose time you’ve paid for.
All pause requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle and can be completed via email or written form found at front desk
Are memberships refundable?
Memberships are non-refundable. Because memberships reserve limited class space and coaching availability, all sales are final. We encourage reviewing membership details carefully before enrolling.
Luxe Coaching vs Luxe Classes
What is Luxe Coaching?
Luxe Coaching is our most comprehensive, personalized training experience. Everything is tailored to the individual; from your workouts to your nutrition and habits.
This all-inclusive membership includes:
- One-on-one or semi-private personal training sessions
- Nutrition, habit, and lifestyle coaching
- Meal planning support
- Exclusive access to our on-demand training app
- An assigned coach for accountability and guidance
- Complimentary access to Su’Luxe group fitness classes
Luxe Coaching is designed for those who want the absolute most out of their fitness journey and value high-level support, structure, and accountability.
What are Luxe Classes?
Luxe Classes are instructor-led, small-group training sessions built for those who value community and intentional movement. Classes focus on learning proper exercise form, following science-backed programming, and training in a supportive, motivating environment.
This option is ideal if you want:
- A structured workout led by a professional coach
- Guidance on form and technique
- Consistent, effective programming
- A welcoming community and shared energy
Luxe Classes provide an elevated group fitness experience without the individualized depth of personal coaching.
Which option is right for me?
Both Luxe Coaching and Luxe Classes are intentional, high-quality paths. The difference comes down to the level of personalization you need.
- If you’re looking for fully customized training, nutrition support, and hands-on accountability, Luxe Coaching is the right fit.
- If you thrive in a small-group setting and want expert-led workouts with a community feel, Luxe Classes are a great option.
If you know you need personal training, we recommend starting with Luxe Coaching rather than classes; it allows you to get exactly what you need from day one.
Are Luxe Coaching and Luxe Classes interchangeable?
No. Luxe Coaching and Luxe Classes are two separate memberships, each with its own structure and minimum commitment.
Luxe Coaching is an all-inclusive experience and already includes a limited number of complimentary classes. Because of this, we do not recommend purchasing a Luxe Class membership alongside Luxe Coaching. If additional classes are desired, they can be purchased individually at a discounted rate.
Upgrading from Luxe Classes to Luxe Coaching is always allowed. However, because Luxe Coaching is a separate membership, the commitment period begins at the time of upgrade.
Each option is designed to stand on its own; there’s no need to hold both memberships simultaneously.
Class Environment & Experience
What are classes like at Su’Luxe Wellness?
Su’Luxe classes are designed to feel energized, supportive, and welcoming, while still challenging you in a way that feels good. Every session is intentionally coached, thoughtfully programmed, and paced so you feel confident, capable, and motivated from start to finish.
How many people are in each class?
Class sizes are intentionally kept small:
- Strength classes: up to 9 participants
- Mat Pilates & Yoga: up to 12 participants
This allows our coaches to give detailed cues, provide real-time feedback, and ensure every member receives attention throughout the class.
Is Su’Luxe Wellness beginner-friendly?
Yes. Su’Luxe Wellness meets you where you are.
Whether you’re brand new to the gym or have years of training experience, our coaches provide clear guidance, modifications, and progressions so you can train safely and effectively at your own level.
What makes the Su’Luxe class experience different?
Attention to detail.
From high-level coaching cues to intentional programming, every element of the class is designed to help you move better and feel confident doing it. And yes, the music matters. Our playlists are curated to elevate the experience without overwhelming it. It’s not typical gym music. It's better.
Booking & Scheduling
How do I book classes?
All classes must be booked in advance. Bookings can be made through our mobile app, website, or at the front desk. Walk-ins are not permitted, and we reserve the right to deny service if a class has not been pre-booked.
What is the late cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before class start time. Late cancellations will result in the class credit being deducted from your membership. No additional fees apply.
What happens if I miss a class (no-show)?
A no-show is defined as either missing a scheduled class or canceling after the class start time. No-shows result in the loss of the class credit plus a $7 no-show fee.
What happens if I run out of class credits?
If you use all of your class credits for the billing period, you have a few options:
- Purchase additional single classes
- Wait until your next billing cycle
- Upgrade your membership
Class pass members may purchase additional single classes at a discounted rate off the standard $25 drop-in price.
Are classes refundable?
Classes are non-refundable. Because class spots are limited and reserved in advance, we do not offer monetary refunds for missed, canceled, or unused classes.
If Su’Luxe cancels a scheduled class for any reason, the class credit will be automatically returned to your account. A substitute class may be offered when available, but attendance is not required in order for the credit to be returned. Monetary refunds are not issued.
Do class credits roll over?
No. Class credits do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing cycle. This allows us to manage class capacity fairly while maintaining consistent availability for all members.
